香港中華出入口商會（中出）日前舉行換屆選舉，選出35位常務會董、秘書長及5名副秘書長；現任副會長貝鈞奇擔任36屆會長；現任副會長温幸平擔任副會長兼秘書長。
由香港中華出入口商會與聯合出版集團合辦「全民國情知識大賽」，以全港市民為對象，並得到教育局、民政及青年事務局以及多個社團、辦學團體擔任支持機構，於2022年12月9日舉行決賽及頒獎典禮。是次大賽反應非常踴躍，報名參加人數較去年增加1萬多人，共吸引了3.3萬名市民參與網上初賽，94所中學報名「學界組」、以及52隊來自不同機構的隊伍參加「全民團體賽」.
香港中華出入口商會會員事務委員會於2022年12月3日舉辦了「大澳大嶼山一天遊」，遊覽有東方威尼斯之稱的大澳及昂坪。通過是次的參觀遊覽活動，加深會員之間的相互了解和認識，同時也能促進會務的發展。
2022年11月17日下午，香港中華出入口商會聯同香港各主要商會、政團共40個組織，在港麗酒店舉辦「香港社會各界學習二十大精神分享會」，商會委派會長林龍安、副會長貝鈞奇到現場出席會議，並由副會長兼秘書長陳勁、副會長溫幸平、彭楚夫、榮譽會長黃定光、莊成鑫、副秘書長陳少山、王紫雲、李志峰等領導，組織帶領會董在辦事處集中收看和學習。
由香港中華出入口商會與聯合出版集團合辦「全民國情知識大賽」，於今天（2022年10月1日）國慶日正式展開，並進行一個啟動儀式。大賽以全港市民為對象，教育局、民政及青年事務局以及多個社團、辦學團體擔任支持機構。主辦機構期望透過知識性、趣味性的比賽增加大家對國家國情、歷史、地理、文化、風俗等多方面的認識，加深對祖國的了解。
「工商界增強香港發展動能 參與共建『一帶一路』座談會」9月8日在香港會議展覽中心舉行。香港貿發局連同本會等7個商會組織了此次活動。香港行政長官李家超、香港中聯辦主任駱惠寧應邀出席並致辭。他們強調習近平主席今年7月1日在視察香港期間發表重要講話，為香港未來發展指明了方向。
由香港中華出入口商會、香港教育工作者聯會主辦，零傳媒國際有限公司、香港書展協辦的「我們一起悅讀的日子」學生慈善活動，於7月23、24日假香港會展中心N201（新翼）舉辦，藉此推動校園閱讀風氣、培養學生愛讀書的習慣。

「我們一起悅讀的日子」從2015年至今已經連續舉辦七屆了，學生們在所創作的作文都會編輯成冊，並由專業出版公司出版。至今已出版6本書，分別是《我們一起悅讀的日子》（2015）、《悅讀，從少年起步》（2016）、《少年：閱讀，悅讀》（2017）、《少年：悅讀書心》（2018）、《筆端少年》（2019）、《追夢少年》（2021）。
商務及經濟發展局局長丘應樺和副局長陳百里於2022年7月19日到訪，與本會高層領導舉行座談會，就探索發展新機遇作交流。
適逢香港回歸祖國25周年，香港中華出入口商會推出「慶回歸25周年全港抵買派對」，在電商平台「鄰住買」設立「全港抵買」專區，以最優惠價格推出百多款優質貨品，並送出總值25萬元的現金券，回饋市民；藉著活動與市民分享喜悅之餘，亦鼓勵商家及消費者善用電子商貿平台，以活躍及豐富零售市場。
埃及總領事Amr Wafik Mohamed ELHENAWY於5月12日到訪香港中華出入口商會，由副會長王賜豪、副秘書長兼工商事務委員會主席陳少山、常務會董兼外聯事務委員會主席陳建年負責接待，本會代表向總領事介紹中出和香港的情況，以及分享他們的營商經驗。
香港貿易發展局為了解進出口業界所面對的困難和挑戰，與本會於4月29日舉行會議，共同探討協助業界發展業務、開拓更多不同市場。
行政長官選舉參選人李家超今日（18日）到訪香港中華出入口商會，與進出口界十多名選委會委員和商會代表會面，進行交流座談。
香港中華出入口商會青年事務委員會於4月舉行了第九場青委講場：「電子商貿•你都得！」，講解經營傳統生意的商戶發展電子商貿的要點：需摒棄傳統的營運概念、重新建立團隊，最重要的是要請「對」的人。
香港中華出入口商會上下一心，齊心抗疫，適時向會員派發了兩輪所需的抗疫物資，更組成義工隊送暖，向年長會員和基層人士表達慰問與關懷。
中國國際貿易促進委員會駐港首席代表王冠男女士於2022年1月17日到訪本會，雙方各自介紹本會過去一段時間的情況，及就現時香港及國內的外貿、社會形勢情況深入交流意見。
為提升市民大眾對國情及中國歷史文化的認識，聯合出版集團、香港中華出入口商會聯合主辦「全民國情知識大賽」，比賽內容涵蓋歷史、文化、時事等多個範疇。共吸引逾2萬人參加，網上挑戰次數近20萬次.
政務司司長李家超昨晚（10月21日）應本會邀請，為香港在維護國家安全的主題作專題演講，並與會員充實交流，就香港回復安全和穩定發表意見。
2021年10月2日，本會屬下「會員事務委員會」與「社會事務委員會」聯合組織「慶國慶郊遊活動」，會員一行30人放下繁忙的工作，一起緬懷先烈、慶祝國慶，既飽覽秋色，又增進會員們的交流互動、加深了彼此間的友誼。
9月27日上午，陳勁副會長兼秘書長代表本會與中國對外貿易中心副主任徐兵透過網絡簽訂了「中國對外貿易中心和香港中華出入口商會合作協議」，中聯辦經濟部副部長兼貿易處負責人劉亞軍見證此次簽約活動。
聯合出版集團、香港中華出入口商會共同主辦「全民國情知識大賽」，希望透過輕鬆簡單的線上選擇題方式，讓大眾鞏固國情知識。
7月份的「聚焦中出」系列講座邀請到駐港泰國領事館（商務部）商務專員及領事Ms. Chanunpat Pisanapipong（燦爛帕皮山亞披蓬女士）及泰國政府旅遊局香港辦事處處長Ms. Naparat Vudhivad擔任主講嘉賓，分享泰國為刺激出口和重啟旅遊業所推出的新措施。
<p style="text-indent: 2em;">「我們一起悅讀的日子」目的是推動校園建立良好的閱讀風氣、培育學生對閱讀及寫作的興趣和習慣。活動於2021年7月15、16日於灣仔會議展覽中心順利舉行，但由於疫情關係，內地、台灣、澳門的師生及作家未能來港參與。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;">大會邀請了教育局局長楊潤雄擔任15日中學組活動的主禮嘉賓，而16日小學組邀請到民政事務局副局長陳積志擔任主禮嘉賓、商務及經濟發展局副局長陳百里出席，並分別由香港教育工作者聯會副主席朱國強和活動籌委會副主席兼香港教育工作者聯會副主席梁俊傑致開幕辭，以及由籌委會委員、香港中華出入口商會副秘書長李志峰致謝辭。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;">「我們一起悅讀的日子」活動的初衷就是引領學生們走進閱讀世界，不僅要愛上閱讀，更要快樂的「悅」讀，更能用文字來抒發自己的感受。因此，活動邀請了本港作家帶著自己的閱讀故事和「悅讀」書單來與孩子們分享，引導他們在閱讀中思考，在思考中創作，在創作中發現文字的樂趣，包括香港兒童文學作家黃虹堅、周蜜蜜，還有《南山七小福》作者朱穎詩和創作總監王賢訊，以及「騎行者」賴都（阿毛）的分享。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;">今年的主題是「心靈勵志」，各位學生可以透過今次的作文題目，表達自己在疫情下感受，藉此抒發情感，調節個人心靈。兩日活動共吸引了近500名中、小學師生在大會安排下參觀香港書展及購買書籍，及在作家及嘉賓分享下獲益良多。</p>
中華出入口商會「聚焦中出」綫上講座，邀請了政府2019疫苗顧問專家委員會成員、疫苗臨床事件評估專家孔繁毅教授擔任主講嘉賓，資深耳鼻喉科醫生，本會副會長王赐豪醫生擔仼主持，助會員釋疑。
「聚焦中出」線上講座邀請到全國港澳研究會副會長 劉兆佳教授擔任4月15日講座的嘉賓，分享他對兩會後香港形勢的看法，並與會員互動。本次講座由榮譽會長、立法會議員黃定光先生擔任主持人，近100名成員透過直播平台參加。
大灣區發展越來越受到關注，3月份「聚焦中出」綫上系列講座選擇將焦點投射到深圳，邀請創投精英、華熙基金創始合夥人王亞寧先生擔任主講嘉賓，分享他對在深圳發展的看法和感受。本次講座由副會長梁毓雄先生，會董霍立仁擔任主持。

為鼓勵更多香港基層兒童加入愛好寫作閱讀行列，並藉此共同承諾以培養良好閱讀習慣為理念，由亞洲週刊、香港中華出入口商會、香港教育工作者聯會主辦，零傳媒協辦的「《少年，閱讀，悅讀》新書發佈會暨悅讀嘉年華」在2018年3 月 22 日假尖沙咀街坊福利會舉行，活動特別邀請了香港教育局局長楊潤雄作主禮嘉賓，以及有 400 多位嘉賓、老師和學生參與。 《少年，閱讀，悅讀》是將2017年參與《我們一起悅讀的日子》近1000名香港中小學生及32名內地小學生的作品，挑選其中200篇集結而成，並於全港書店公開發售。書中收錄了中小學生對香港的感受，亦同時描繪了他們對未來的想像。不少學生都在文章表示，對香港被形容為「東方之珠」、國際大都會等感驕傲；又認為香港最美麗的地方，是港人守望相助、及「獅子山精神」，香港是他們最喜愛的城市。 新書發佈會特設換領環節讓學生進行書籍分享及交換，亦預備其他適合學生閱讀的書籍，供他們索取。嘉年華活動精心設計了數個攤位遊戲，例如「廿四節氣知多少」、「悅讀推理」、「時代計下數」、「尋學記」等。希望學生們在感受答題闖關樂趣的同時，也能激發出對閱讀及知識探索的興趣，加深學生對中國歷史及香港歷史的認知。
「我們一起悅讀的日子2018」將於2018年 7 月19至20日、第 29屆香港書展期間舉辦。活動首次邀請到16位台灣中學生以及30名貴州中學生與香港學生共同參與活動，兩岸三地共1000名學生齊聚一堂。
由亞洲周刊、香港教育工作者聯會聯合主辦的「慶回歸悅讀嘉年華暨《悅讀，從少年起步》新書發布會」在2017年4 月 6 日假尖沙咀街坊福利會順利舉辦，吸引400多名嘉賓、老師和學生的參與，成功拉開系列慶祝活動的序幕。行政長官夫人梁唐青儀擔任主禮嘉賓。 梁唐青儀致辭稱，打開這本書，仿佛走進了一片屬於孩子的天地，每一篇文章都帶來驚喜。孩子們用他們的小眼睛去發現、探索社會每一個角落；筆情墨意之間，不失純真，亦能看到他們對香港這個彈丸之地的熱愛和期盼。 現場亦特設「悅讀擂台」及「悅讀地攤」，讓一眾小作家們進行分享及書籍交換，大會還預備部分學生讀物供索取。
